"Crazy Stone" is an unprecedented modern comedy. The story begins with the discovery of a valuable jade treasure in a toilet. Uncovered in a Chongqing handicrafts plant when being demolished, the jade treasure becomes the focus of an auction held by impoverished workers in the hopes of improving their condition. Then, quite unexpectedly, an international bandit and three local thieves arrive on the scene, all eager to obtain the jade prize via their own "professional skills." On one hand they fight with each other, on the other hand they must battle their common enemy Bao Shihong, the head of the Security Section. As fake jade is exchanged with the real thing during a series of hilarious struggles, the thieves finally come out completely had by the end of this unique black comedy.
