Jackie Chan Invites Jang Nara to Charity Concert

World-renowned action star Jackie Chan has officially invited South Korean actress Jang Nara to his upcoming charity concert.

Jang's agency confirmed on Thursday that Jang Nara was invited by Jackie Chan to his charity concert entitled "Jackie Chan and His Friends" to be held June 24 in Nanjing, the capital city of east China's Jiangsu province.

The agency said Jackie Chan has asked Jang to sing a duet, the theme song of Chan's latest martial arts film "The Myth," that day, which Jang has gladly agreed to do.

The popular Korean star is also due to attend a ceremony in China early June to celebrate the broadcast of the drama "The Unruly Princess" on Shanxi Satellite TV Channel.

Set during the Ming Dynasty, Jang plays the title role of the capricious princess, and Taiwanese actor Alec Su (苏有朋) stars opposite her as the intelligent emperor Zhu Yunwen.
